BrightOrder: Eliminating Manual Silos
01. The Challenge
BrightOrder's sales and finance teams were operating in silos. HubSpot and Zoho Billing were disconnected, meaning invoices created in one platform weren't visible in the other. This created manual reconciliation work, delays, and blind spots across their revenue process.
02. What We Did
We built a two-way integration between HubSpot and Zoho Billing using N8N and Zapier, ensuring any invoice created in Zoho is immediately visible in HubSpot.
Simultaneously, we initiated GTM optimization projects to streamline Sales Ops and Customer Service handoff processes, reducing friction across the entire customer journey.
