Apollo ↔ HubSpot Integration & Outreach Automation

The Challenge

Dan Hunter had built strong contact lists in Apollo, but his outreach process was manual and fragmented. There was no connection between Apollo, HubSpot, and his email sequencing tool, meaning his team had to move data by hand and couldn't automate the enrichment-to-outreach pipeline efficiently.

What We Did

We integrated HubSpot with Apollo to automate the contact enrichment process, pulling enriched data directly into HubSpot and then connecting it to automated email sequences in Smartlead.ai.

Impact:

This created a seamless flow from list building to enrichment to outreach, without manual intervention at each step.
